In fine (CRAP) shape today...

Eurg. I feel ill. I have massive migrane up the wazoo. Not pleasant in the least. It was almost painful to have to walk over to Ashe and then here (powell) to make an appointment about my knees and aching head. It's actually been hurting me since yesterday, and painkillers don't seem to help--only lying down does. Today, I've got a new twist to it: I feel nauseous as well. Marvelous, just peachy!

In other news, bart is being a stinky ass. For some reason, he can't seem to connect to the internet--or else the internet is not connecting to him. Ouch, my head hurts, and I can barely open my eyes to type this---the library is awfully bright today. Usually the compy lab is so dim... So yeah, I feel icky, and to top it all off, That's Amore is tonight. Whoohooo.

Maybe there's something wrong with bart? Or maybe it's (once again) the internet at the house.
Ha. Well, at least I have an appointment at 215 to go fix my stupid knees--or head, or whatever.

I have so much reading to do, but oh well. I just want to lie in a ball and whimper. Compy not working, head not working, knees not working properly--what a day!

In recent news, had a great time at Megan's wedding shower this weekend... we all went out for brazilian barbeque afterwards, and then the four college/post-college kids went out....haha, to Barnes and Noble....a very exciting and scintilating sort of nightlife. Heh. You know you're tired when your idea of fun is coffee and a very good bookstore. Or, well, you know that you don't care about going out as much as hanging out with some really good friends---maybe even reading a couple.

Haha, the funny part of the night; on a whim, I checked out the spanish language selection (since it was on the way to the anime section) and picked up a copy of "La Princesa Prometida" which I've always wanted to read. (Basically for all you shmoes without the benefit of a spanish language education, it's The Princess Bride.) So to reward myself for taking a torturous medieval spanish lit class, I'm going to read it in spanish!

In other news, I have discovered a new manga series, called "Demian Syndrome"--which is strange, but interesting. Sorta describes me, don't you think? I have no idea where I found it, but whoohoo! Eh, something to read when I'm not suffering through all my other reading...

Ah, the sun went away. Thank goodness. It was making my eyes hurt big time. (Did I mention I'm kinda light sensitive today, besides the nausea?)

Maybe I should go sleep. I could use some sleep. That'd be nice. Wonder why I'm so sleepy all of a sudden? I went to bed really early last night--10:00 pm. Hum.

What I really need is a hammer to the head--put me out of my misery, please?
