Ye thong-ed Pirate gimps again!

Am now home from stellar Catalina and Mexico vacation. So nice and cool here, for a change. Cold in Cat too. Had a wonderful time, climbing the mountain, swimming, sailing to Cat head by myself. Nice. Peaceful. I needed that.

Duded up today, as am taking part in Rush--four party day. Eeek! What to say?! EEK! Thong underwear is painful! I would write a whole painful ode to it, but I think no-one would frankly enjoy reading it. Must say, however, that I have difficulty walking...and High heels today too! *shifts uncomfortably* Uck, a thong underwear ode? Nah! Also, have straightened my short hair again. Yee. Hanging in front of my face...annoying. Will perservere! Happy point of outfit is dangly earrings. Oh, and my cute black pants!

Hot down here where my computer is. I think I'll just call it Hell. It's a good enough name. All my crap is down here, except for my books, which are upstairs next to my bed. Ha, speaking of books, have not purchased my textbooks yet, but HAVE decorated my class notebooks (2) for math and a 3-subject for the rest.

Need more class units, however! Must write Spanish TA. Need PTE number for that class like a mofo. Oooh, and I missed my Psych100A class, from sheer stupidity today. I think it starts at like 1230. Whups! I was sooo hungry, and was waiting for lunch... which was burrito bar. YUMMMM. I had two burritos. (My other name is "souuueeeeeeee!")

I need to organize myself, or else I'll be living like I have a hole in my head. Yick. Will now, go prepare for more rush (oh, whups, I meant "fall recruitment") crappp. Wish me luck, all ye suckahs!

*Limps off*

...forgot my sudden urge for mashed potatoes. Due, probably, to the bridget!

Bestiality...and Dominatrixes!?!

Ahh. Once again, have returned from hookah and kabob night with the Douche...with no kabob this time. Turns out that the Gypsy was closed, so we went to Habibi and sat on the couches. Nice. Very relaxing. Somehow, I feel tired. Hum. Nice to be rescued from my computer binge (all day, since none yesterday) even if it was at like 122-4am in the morning! Ahhhh.

Sliced finger today. And had extremely fun aim conversations with big sis, as well as others. Will post, later when the head is not so heavy and am not feeling quite so languid.

Heh: funny quotes for the evening....

"Dude, they're like condoms for the feet!! They even have reservoirs and everything!!" -D on the blue toe socks (with sheep) that I got him

"Ewww...What the Hell?!? Fuckin' Dirty Sheep!!" -D (self explanatory)

HA HA HA HA.

Plans for Hallowe'en costumes now include: "Master Shake" from ATHF, and a dominatrix outfit for me. Which we plan on going to a sex shop somewhere, and making horrible innuendoes about (and letting the shop people think they are true) me liking leather and Douche liking chains. Oh, and the highlight of the evening, walking back from Hookah; getting dominatrix ideas from the funny sketcher's add at the bus stop on Gayley (must have police-type hat, skanky boots, garters and stockings..)...Laughing hysterically, and having the police car not-so-obviously drive by a couple of times, checking us out....ie, if we were drunk or not. Hee hee. Then, back to torture/pester the Egyptian, and watch funny videos of high drunken pirates. Ha ha, note to self: get drunk and high with Douche and Egyptian and Co. more often!!!

Aaand, I'm out!

Molly, I bow before thee...

I admire my friend. Ha ha. The greatest away message and profile on aim that I've ever seen:

there is no getting around the fact that I'm a procrastinating sack of shit

Things to accomplish during the remainder of my summer:
1. get vaccinated so I don't die a premature death
2. go back to writing in my diary
3. learn to read a map, seriously
4. start reading the newspaper every day so I know what's going on in this little world I inhabit
5. send things to people that I was supposed to send them a long time ago
6. learn to cook simple meals
7. take vitamins every day…yes, I really would consider that an accomplishment
8. learn my damn way around
9. learn to meet people without making my fingers bleed
10. Learn to stand up for myself

Yes, these would all be accomplishments for me…shut up.

Yup, brilliant.

Moms, Khakis, and Life In Genera

Um, just had the most IN-ter-esting experience. Saw my big sis Bridget online, attempted to say hello, and met up with her....mom?!? instead. Whups. I hope that I didn't fuck things up too badly. Shit, wish I'd saved the file, it would have made interesting reading here. Essentially, it went something like this:

Me: hi big sis (etc etc)
(b's mum): its mom
Me: Mom? bridgets mom?
(b's mum): Hello
Me: Hurray!
Me: Hello!
Me: This is elaine
(b's mum): that's nice
Me: Nice to meet you!
Me: I'm her little sis
(b's mum): thats nice. thank you. nice to meet you. love you. bye.(or some such thing)

Confused. Was I just a complete idiot, or did I come on a little too strong? Must be the result of that tea I drank. A whole potful, all to myself, of the Constant Comment earl grey. With sugar, of course. Whups. I swear, my brain malfunctions dreadfully under the influence of caffeine and sugar. Guess I should eat some REAL food. Now her mom probably thinks I'm an utter nutter. Ha ha, that ryhmes. Too true.

Ehh, to lazy to walk to covel.

So, have found out when the evil math test is that I need to take to get into calculus. Which means I must brush up on all precalc math. Ha. And here I thought I'd never need any of my math skills ever again. Have a vaque (probably well founded) idea that life is going to be painful before I take that test. Shit. Ah well. Library, tomorrow. Right off.

Roomate has returned. Nice to have someone else here. I've been lonely. There, I admitted it. Pathetic, isn't it? Especially since the Douche (adam) has only been gone a mere 12 (maybe) hours or so. He's fun to hang out with. Nice to have a friend to drag me out of my room and down to the Best Buy in westwood to buy cds. Even if it's bad that we are a singularly corrupting influence on each other's money spending habits--I bought "The Young and the Hopeless" and "Permission to Land" and a cd carryer. Ah well, was fun spending money.

Oooh, and we were sufficiently lazy to get a ride back up to the dorms, on the pretext of him transporting the pilfered water dispenser and gallon jugs to his new apartment. Which is a LOVELY apartment, by the way. Really nice, hard wood floors, nice kitchen.... Wow, I think I'll be buggin' them a lot this next year. Err, may have to bring offerings of booze. Once I become 21, of course. Whohoo!

He really is a perverted younger brother. Ha! Bridget would be proud of me. So would Brooke and Sarah, for that matter. Ha ha. That's it, it's official. I'll have to give him a sufficiently demeaning "lil bro" something or other. Heh, he's already got a NAME, of course. "Douche"~!

Am living in the house this year--sorority, I mean. Am beginning to become quite excited about it. Huzzah! And, am becoming quite anxious to move in there. Not that this room isn't nice, but as I discussed with the roomie, packing all my crap is half the fun--unpacking, unfortunately, being a chore. One that usually promotes procrastination. Maybe I can move in early. Little sis mentioned that the other day. Hemmm, something bright and cheery to consider in my future. Ooh, and I have a present for her, that will hopefully be ready at the end of the week. I hope.

Working tonight, all night. Standbye for "the freezer." I swear to god, I thought I left all the joys of a cold workplace behind when construction finished on Hedrick hall... But no, now Rieber is going under construction, and while working there I am forced to wear my thick wool jacket and sit in the second floor breezeway from 9pm-5am. No longer do I wonder why I always have winter clothes in my closet. Probably because I work at hours of the day when the sun's heat is nonexistant, and therefore, prefer not to freeze. Damn. It's even cold during the summer. Nothing like home in Garden grove, when the coldest time of the night is right before dawn...and not to mention, sometimes not even then, due to humidity. Blech. How I wish for that here, near the rather cool ocean breezes...ugh, 65 year round. Now I remember with startling clarity why I didn't pick Santa Barbara to go to school at (that and the pot reputation)--- cold, year round. Ugh. Wish I hadn't sent my gloves and beanies home. My head and extremities get colder than the rest of me. Damn my idiocy.

Hm. Purchased a smut book(The Nerd Who Loved Me), Brave New World (which is creepily riveting, so far), and Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix in paperback. Paperbacks just seem to last longer than the hardbounds. Especially the HP books. Wonder why. Prolly because they're cruddily made (hardbacks). Must consider which books I wish to take with me to read next year. Also, Wish to buy Siddhartha. Hm. Need to start (and finish) all my library books, pronto. Maybe I'll renew them. They're due on the 9th of September. Yes, that's the ticket, I'll renew them. The whole bloody stack of them.

Allright, urges of the body call. Bathroom, Food, then, the unfortunate need to shuck my comfy jeans and put on (evil, nasty) Khakis for work. Bleh. Hmm. Can I procrastinate, please? Am starting to hate khakis.

Hookah ROCKS!!

Ha ha! Hookah bars are fun. And did I mention that the gypsy has THE best steak shish-kabob? douche dragged me there tonight...felt really tired and had headache (which cup of jasmine tea did not abate)...went anyway, had double apple hookah, good food, and YUMM moroccan mint tea. Oh gods, that stuff is enough to cause a taste bud orgasm. Not counting the steak and all. Hee hee. Must endeavor to go out more. Is amazingly fun, when one doesn't have to worry about males picking up on you. (I think I looked like shit anyways, since i was wearing a mannish button down shirt, umm, but tight ass jeans and my black kenneth cole overcoat). Wierd that old men still will check you out...blearg. Funny that many of the other patrons there didn't even LOOK or act like they were 18. Far to giddy about their hookah. Wouldn't surprize me if they weren't. Ah, but it was such FUN! Have a feeling will become a "hookah whore" this year....ha ha ha, funny stupid quote of the night: "Heyyy, we should have an Access control hooker night....wait, erm, i meant HOOKAH night." douche, of course, just laughed his ass off at me. Ha ha, freudian slips.

In other news, Big sis's live journal is once again, the Pimp Ass Shit. Observe:
Environmentalist
Threat rating: Low. You are annoying, but too much
of a softy tree hugger to pose any threat to
the mighty machine of Republican progress. And
the FBI know where you live.

What threat to the Bush administration are you?
brought to you by Quizilla
Is that not pimp or what? HEEE HEEE HEEE!

Big sis sarah called today!! OMIGOOWD, picked out her wedding dress! EEEEE! Wedding is on the 20th of march, so excited, I'm gonna bust something vital, I'm sure. Hmm. tiger and calla lillies, purple iris, maybe some red and purple roses? looovely. Can't WAIT. Oh, shit, must buy goody for her. Arg, arg, I suck at gifts. And find a man to escort me? Yeeg, problems. Can I just take Julie with me? I am terrible with men (established fact). Big One assures me that she was once hopeless too. Oh good, now don't feel so utterly inept. Sounds like the law school is fun too. Oh, but who'm I kidding, you just wanna see the dress, right? Humpf. Here:
Satisfied? Ooh, makes me drool. She's gonna look SO fantastic!

Hmm, still have not figured out how to move all my shit to the sorority house, and make bed look cute. Something to ponder over the next several days. Yeeg.

Umm, that's it for now, must go send Big Bridget HP fanfic...YAY!
